• Fist dibs on new products
• Ditch the last-minute store dash to top up on laundry liquid or shampoo.
What you can do:
• Pause, skip or change your subscription at any time. No contracts or tricky business.
• Move the next delivery date if you're not ready or going on holiday (not possible for first orders).
• Change your delivery frequency if you clean more or less than expected.
• Skip a product in the next delivery if you're not ready for a top-up. Or remove it for good.
• Fast track your orders if you run out sooner than you thought
Do I get 10% off all orders?
Yes, subscribing gets you 10% off all future subscription orders. This discount doesn’t apply to one-time purchases. Check discounts by logging in to your account.
Subscription deliveries
Not sure how often to get refills delivered? No sweat, we've got you covered. Here are our recommendations:
Every 4 months: 1-2 people
Every 3 months: 3-4 people
Every 2 months: 5-6 people (and more)
Can I get products delivered at different times?
Nope. Your subscription products will be delivered at the same time, in the same shipment. If you need some products more frequently, add extra Refills, skip products or add one-time items.
Top-up reminders
We'll email you 3 days before each billing cycle to remind you to top-up. Adjust your subscription, add products and manage your delivery schedule via your online account.
Every product you purchase via subscription funds ocean, river and beach cleanups. Think of it as the easiest way to reduce waste at your place and untrash the planet with (almost) zero effort.
Out of stock products
If one or more of your subscription products is out of stock at the time of your next charge date, you will not be charged for this item. The item will automatically be added onto your next subscription and charged on that date.
