Do you have to clean the pouches before you return them?Updated 6 months ago

There are only two things you need to do before returning your pouches:

1. Give each Refill pouch a good squeeze to empty out any remaining product. We're not worried about a bit of residue—but we can't accept partially used product. 
2. Wipe down the outside of the Refill pouch and pop it in your Return Box. We'll take care of the rest!
