How and when do I return my refill pouches?Updated 3 days ago

How? Use the Return Mailer sent with your first order.  

When? Once you've collected 15 empty pouches. 

Your first order comes with a Return Mailer—and you'll get another one for every 16th refill you purchase. Collect 15 empty Refills, pop them in the prepaid satchel and send them back to us for a scrub and refill.

Is there a return time limit?
We're accepting old gear until April 30th, 2025. If you post them back by then, we'll make sure they don't end up in landfill. We will not be accepting any further returns after this date.
