How do I check the status of my order?Updated 15 days ago

Once you place your order, your part is done. Here's what happens next:

Order confirmation: You'll get an email with your order number and receipt as soon as your order or subscription is processed.

Picking and packing: Our warehouse team will spring into action, picking and packing your order—usually within 24 hours. 

Tracking: When your order is ready, we'll hand it over to our delivery partners and you'll receive a tracking link via email. Use the link to follow it's journey on the Auspost website/app or Couriers Please website.

Otherwise you can use the Live Chat widget on our site to track your order with the tracking number provided.

If your order is delayed, chase it up with the courier first as they look after the safe delivery of these from us to you!
