Only part of my order came, what do I do?
There is a very good chance that it is still on its way! Sometimes we have to ship your order in parts so the box isn't too heavy or your order won't fit in one box.
How can I check if my order has multiple parcels?
You can check on the tracking information you received via email, if your order has been shipped with Auspost you will see a drop-down list at the top of the page showing multiple tracking numbers.
My order has only been shipped in one parcel and there are products missing/ Something isn't right with my order, what should I do?
If your order arrives and something isn't right please reach out to our Customer Service team so they can investigate what has happened.
